Who We Are

The Allegheny Valley North Council of Governments (AVNCOG) is a nonprofit association that supports the communities in the northern region of Allegheny County. Our goal is to address regional issues and plan improvements for communities. We work closely with our elected officials across the state of Pennsylvania to provide support to all of our constituents.
